Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on data protection) (OJ EU L 119 of 04/05/2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, we would like to inform you that:

  • creating an Account necessary to use the services offered by the Portal
  • exchanging Contact Information between Users to complete transactions

  • contact information provided voluntarily by you each time at the time of Accepting or Confirming the Order (e.g., e-mail address, telephone number)
  • in the case of a customer using electronic payments, this will be name, surname, residential address
  • in the case of for a customer making payments to a bank account via Poczta Polska, this will include name, surname, and residential address

  1. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.
  2. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract for the ordered services and the period necessary for the Administrator to fulfill its tax obligations.
  3. The personal data provided by you is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract by the Foundation in accordance with the Regulations for the provision of electronic services on the www.silvercoinseurope.com Portal. Failure to provide your personal data listed in point 4 of this information clause will prevent the Start-Sport Foundation from providing services in account www.silvercoinseurope.com dance with the Regulations for the provision of electronic services on the www.silvercoinseurope.com Portal.
  4. You have the right to access your data, the right to request its rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing and the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
